Projects

The success of the Jerome J. Parks Companies stems from our determination to research and plan a projects phase thoroughly before work begins. We then can cohesively implement the projects phases and be confident of its financial viability. We develop a project in four phases. In Phase One, we concentrate on site selection, site utilization, community acceptance, environmental impact, and marketability. Phase Two focuses on financing, legal coverage, design and engineering, selection of materials, landscaping, and subcontracting. During Phase Three we supervise construction from ground breaking to the final details. In Phase Four we promote and market the finished project and provide ongoing management.
